Floor Plan: This condo is SOLD!


When we hunt for a place to live, whether to buy or rent, we always love being able to see the floor plan.  We want to know where to place the furniture for comfort and functionality.  When we aren't given a floor plan, my husband will take measurements and create one in Photoshop.  He also creates images for our furniture so that we can play with different arrangements.


My husband drew up this floor plan of the condo we are selling.  The furniture placement as well as the furniture itself allows you to see how the space can be used.

Here are the approximate measurements of the rooms:

Living/Dining 16.1 ft x 16.6 ft / 4.91 m x 5.06 m, Wood floor
Kitchen 8.10 ft x 9.6 ft / 2.47 m x 2.93 m, Ceramic tile
 
Bedroom (Irregular) 11.4 ft x 13.3 ft / 3.47 m x 4.05 m, Wood floor
Bathroom 8.8 ft x 9.2 ft / 2.68 m x 2.80 m  Ceramic tile

Total square feet:  735.1751 square feet / 68.3 square metres

Although there are many benefits to living in this condo, what I have loved most are the expansive windows that bring in so much light, which has really helped this native California girl during the long Montréal winters. And, the condo's high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness the windows give the place. The large living room/dining room area offers possibilities for different furniture arrangements.
